How to permanently delete your account and associated data.

Request Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to use STATINTEL and want your account and all associated personal data permanently removed from the STATINTEL Ecosystem, you can submit a deletion request.

Note: Because of HIPAA and other healthcare retention laws, certain billing and audit logs may need to be retained for a mandatory statutory period even after your user account is deactivated.

  • 1. Send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your account.
  • 2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  • 3. Include your full name and username in the body of the email.
